During the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), STENTiT proudly participated in the Global Innovation through Science & Technology (GIST) Catalyst pitch competition, organised in collaboration with the Dutch Academic Start-Up Competition. The GIST Catalyst competition began with over 4,000 applications from all over the world, which narrowed down to a list of top 30 companies giving the opportunity to pitch their business at the GES 2019, divided over the 5 focus sectors including Health.
Presented by His Royal Highness of The Netherlands Prince Constantijn and Advisor to the President of the United States miss Ivanka Trump, STENTiT won both the Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur in Science and Technology award, as well as the Runner-Up price in the Health focus area.
In addition to the magnificent exposure on this global event, STENTiT won $38.000 in credits from private sector sponsors IBM, Google and AWS, where in addition a booth at CES will be provided and a 1-on-1 mentorship session with the Silicon Valley Bank.
